Free Shipping:
To get free shipping, your purchases must be worth 499 SAR or more. This offer applies to all shipments within
the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and also to products available in our international warehouses.
Shipping Options:
Standard Shipping within Saudi Arabia:
Products are delivered within 7-9 business days. This service is free and does not require additional fees.
Standard Shipping from International Warehouses:
Products are delivered within 15-20 days. This service applies to products in our warehouses around the world and is free of charge.
Shipping within two days:
Depending on the source of the item, shipping may be available within two days for some areas.
Express Shipping for some products:
Products are delivered within one business day for some products that are available with this service.
Standard Express Shipping from International Warehouses:
We provide express shipping service for products located outside Saudi Arabia, with a delivery period ranging from 7-10 days.
Shipping Fees:
If your purchases are less than 499 SAR, a shipping fee of 45 SAR will be added for standard shipping.
For express shipping, additional fees may apply depending on the destination.
Delay or Errors in Shipment:
If you receive an incomplete or incorrect shipment, you can submit a request by raising a support ticket containing details of the problem care@thecleven.com
and explanatory images, and it will be resolved within 48 hours. If the shipment is delayed beyond the specified date, you will receive a coupon worth 25 riyals.
Non-receipt of shipment:
If you do not receive the shipment within 5 days of its arrival to the shipping company, it will be returned to our warehouses
and we will keep it for 7 days. If you wish to reship it, this will require an additional fee of 56 riyals.
